Milton Fall Fair @ Milton Fair Grounds

Nestled in an older residential area, the Fairgrounds become a showplace for all things rural for three days every September. It’s a lively celebration featuring traditional fall fair competitions, games, rides, and, fantastic food. This year’s theme is Our Canada – 150 Years.

Harvest Festival @ Bronte Creek Provincial Park

Spend the last weekend of September at Bronte Creek Provincial Park’s Harvest Festival! Enjoy pumpkin carving, pony rides and more among the park’s beautiful fall foliage. With tours, hands-on activities and plenty of unique refreshments, this event is sure to please attendees of all ages.

Harvest Festival Highlights include:

  • Pumpkin picking & carving
  • Pony rides
  • Kettle corn, hot dogs, fresh corn, apple cider and apple blossoms
  • Turn-of-the-century farmhouse tours
  • Apple cider pressing and blacksmithing demonstrations
  • Sawing a souvenir medallion with a four-foot-long cross cut saw
  • Complimentary wagon rides and trips over to the children’s playbarn and farm area (Lot C), which will also be open

Everything (except food and pony rides) is included in your daily park admission fee

Springridge Farm is the ultimate place in Milton to make fall memories that last a lifetime. With activities for all ages, homemade seasonal baking and Farmer John’s pumpkin crop, you won’t want to miss a minute of fall fun at the farm!

Springridge Farm’s annual Harvest Festival takes place every weekend (including Thanksgiving Monday) from Saturday, September 23 – Sunday, October 29, 2017. Activities include wagon rides, a giant corn trail, professional puppet show, spooky barn, the Fun Farm Yard and more! Admission to Harvest Festival is $12 per person (including HST) ages 2-92.

Culture Days

This year, Culture Days in Milton will be celebrated from September 29 – October 2.

As part of Doors Open Halton, Milton will open it’s doors and provide unique opportunities for visitors and residents to explore and enjoy some of the most interesting places – many of which are not typically open to the public, AND at no charge.

Martin Street School Fall Fair
Sep 30 @ 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

Head out to this event to celebrate the opening of this new school with FOOD TRUCKS, a variety of bouncy castles, obstacle courses and face painting from Par-T-Perfect, along with a cake walk and a ton of carnival games, popcorn & cotton candy! There’s something for everyone!!!

They are also hoping to raise funds to decorate the new blacktop, so there will be a silent auction on site as well as experience raffle for the students.

They are expecting a special appearance from Elmo, and Sparky the Fire Dog will bring over the Fire Truck and the police cruiser is scheduled for a visit too!
