Halloween Events For Milton Kids

Harvest Festival – All weekends in October up until October 30

Visit Springridge Farm from 10 am – 4 pm for autumn entertainment including wagon rides, a corn trail, giant sandbox, professional puppet show, spooky Boo Barn and the Fun Farm Yard. Admission is $12 per person (including HST) ages for 2-92.

Haunted Halloween House – Friday October 7  – Monday October 31

Get spooked at Solingate Manor! The ghoulish playground is made with children in mind, so nothing in the display will be too frightening. Come nightly in Ocotober from 7 pm to 10 pm. Guests are asked to bring a donation to support the Oakville Fareshare Food Bank.


Camper Halloween – October 14/15 & October 21/22

Trick or Treat around the Bronte Creek Campground, where ghosts and goblins will go from site to site instead of door to door. Call to reserve your own site to decorate. Don’t miss a guide walk where you’ll find creepy creatures and hear coyotes howl!

The Great Pumpkin Trail –  Thursday October 20 and Friday October 21

Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens for a magical evening on the Pumpkin Trail! Hundreds of jack-o-lanterns will light your way while you enjoy live entertainment, face painting and pumpkin-themed activities. Walks begin every 10  minutes from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Adults cost $16 and children (aged 3-12) cost $9. Register online.

Halloween Spooktacular – Saturday October 22  & Saturday October 29

All ages are invited to explore haunted car barn and ride the creeky rails at the Halton Radial Railway. Then, enjoy some hot apple cider & scary snacks. You’re invited to wear your costume. Reservations not required. Tickets sold at the door. Last car ride departs Rockwood Station at 9:20pm.

Milton Haunted HouseOctober 29 & 30

Milton Haunted House is back!  Now bigger and scarier than ever. Come out from 12 noon to 5pm at the Milton Mall. Scary Haunted house, face painting, silent auction and other fun activities for the whole family and every age group. All funds raised go directly to the Milton District Hospital Foundation.

Spooktacular – October 8-10, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30

Visit Mountsberg Conservation Area from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm for lots of Spooktacular activities. The Barn has been transformed into a creepy place to play and explore! Visit the Pumpkin Discovery Hunt and Pumpkin Hay Play Area. Families will also love the face painting, pumpkin carving, bird & snake shows, and the beautiful trails. Don’t forget to wear your costume and receive a free hot drink! Regular admission fees apply.

Trick or Treat at the Milton Public Library – Monday October 31

Caregivers and children (2-5 years) are invited to join in for some activities and some trick or treating from 10:00am to 11:30am at the main branch location. Don’t forget to wear your costumes!

Halloween Weekend Camping – Friday October 28 to Sunday October 30

Bring your costume for their costume parade and make some spooky crafts to bring home. Gather by the campfire for a not too scary Halloween story.

Tiny Tots Trick or TreatSaturday October 29

Children are invited to dress up and gather treats at participating Downtown Milton businesses from 10am – 12pm.    

Team Garber’s Haunted House – October 31

Haunted house to raise money and awareness for The Kidney Foundation of Canada. Visit a decorated home for halloween that offers a haunted garage walk through. Fun for all ages. Monetary donations are welcome. Event runs from 4pm -10pm, 1086 Meighen Way, Milton. Call 647-297-7965 or email for more informaiton.
